Bryan Gordon built a large, high deck at our home. He provided design guidance , was mindful of current laws and requirements, and executed a beautiful, quality product. His crew always cleaned up and secured the area after every days work. The project was completed on time, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the final result. Nearly 3 years later, the deck is still like brand new and receives compliments from anyone who sees it.

We hired Bryan and his crew to build a covered pavilion for dining with built-in grilling area and bar, and to extend an existing loggia (outdoor living room) that was attached to the house and replace the existing cabinets and fireplace. It's inevitable that something in every project goes wrong, and when it happened in our project (with a third-party vendor), Bryan and his team went above and beyond to make sure the problem was rectified. I never had to beg or bargain or threaten or wheedle -- just send a picture of the problem, and BOOM! A phone call and a solution. And once, as Bryan came through to check on his crew's work, he noticed something that he thought hadn't been completed to his satisfaction (something my husband and I never would have noticed) and he had his guys come back to re-do it at his own expense. Seriously, these are the greatest guys to work with. I also really loved Darren Lisle, the construction manager for our project. He stayed in close touch with me almost daily about progress on our project, and was terrific with communication and follow-through. The crew that was here day in and day out doing the heavy labor were all lovely -- hard workers and super friendly. And their foreman, Tim, was highly responsive and great with communication, too. FIVE STARS FOR ALL OF THEM!
